attended an AGM

went skul dis morning..
for the Photography Society's Anual General Meeting..

when i reach the motor park, i saw 2 red wave100 park together..
so i see since my bike is red n same model too so i decided to park bside them..
so funny la.. 3 red wave100 parked together.. haha

so walk to the class..
i was told to write out my treasurer's report on the white board..
i said ''huh.. not photostat many den each one get a booklet wan meh?!"
teacher say ''nola.. for wat photostat so many, they din bring home n see wan..''
den i was ''oor.. okay lo.. later i write..''

b4 the meeting start i was collecting money n issue-ing receipt.. busy..
den still din write out my report on the board.. rush here rush there..
juz b4 i finish writting my report they started the meeting..

den speach by the chairperson..
after dat should b speach by the teacher adviser but she refuse cz she's checking on something..
so she called let the treasurer talk first..
i shocked.. cz i tod i got time to calm down n think how to talk..
in the end i juz say out all la.. so nervous..
ppl first time only mar..
phiuu.. finished my speach.. eveyone agreed my account.. haha.. happy.

after dat was speach by teacher n continue secretary report n choosing new commity la..
bla bla bla..
when they were busy nominating i was busy on my money thing too..
so actually no time to choose which boy i like.. haha..
actually i dun even care coz im leaving skul in few months time n its non of my business d wat..

they new commity was choosen n im okay with it..
during the speach by the new chairman, he talked many history..
as wat the teacher advisor had also said.. touched..

he said last time the club was poor.. not very active..
not much income.. the teacher also said that too..

its true.. i remembered when i first joined this club was in 2004.
i was form 1 n i choose dis club coz i like taking photographs..
the first few years is consider boring for me..
i dun hav friends there, they prefer clubs that r more activity type..
so last time when i go for meetings i will sit alone n keep quiet..
just listen to them..
they dun hav any interesting activity in this club..
they r telling u knowledge that u already noe only a few dunno's...
outing? not interested. duty when function? dun wan, shy.
so there goes my 3 yrs in this club..
4th year was kinda busy..
was choosen to be the treasurer for the club at July 2007..
very exciting.. coz suddenly take so high pose.. 3rd highest..
so the bottom half of 2007 was collecting money, issue receipt.. see teacher.. duties..
i got the chance to duty at many of the skul's function.. fun..
dis year had lots of event.. n can earn lots of money frm there..
n the club manage to buy Nikon D40 digital camera..
long long time ago this club had no camera at all..
den slowly bought a second-hand camera..
after that only bought one new one..
but after 2007, dat was during my time as a commity..
we manage to buy 2 Nikon D40.. digital summore..
decided to sell of one of it n buy another Canon..
few thousands spended.. its a legacy..
coz all the prevoius chairman n commity cannot do all this..
so proud.. haha..

thanks to the teacher, Mrs Tan, for giving me a chance to serve the club.. although im not a perfect treasurer but with ur help i hav succed.. thanks..
n thanks to Dexter, Ming Jian n others for cooporate with me.
i've learned so much during this time..

to the new commity..
